Like you know, dont exist 100% good critics and dont exist 100% bad critics. Is good exist critics because show that people give value to this cars... If no one said nothing is because dont exist interest good or bad. Yes I hate the new backlights. They dont fix there. The problem is not the leds, what loose originality is the part of turn lights that are very commom with other cars... The backlights of 207 phase I are original and shows a good evolution since 206. The new 207 is great, I dont say no... but the only detail that stay bad there is this new backlights... just! I think Peugeot would mantein the backlights of 207 phase I and the new backlights. When someone buy a 207 take a chance of choose between the new or the olds... I think if was like this was much more fair. Notice the backlights of 207 SW, they dont change that, they are the same... What you think about my idea? lol .

Buy a new 207 and plug in the old backlights, no problem with that.
Though I bet the phase II backlights will be a success. Soooo beautiful.
I find them classical and an improvement in styling.

Yes... I will do that if I buy... You think that they are classic beautiful? aha ... I dont like them because they are diferent if other Peugeots... Look for example the 308 that has beautiful backlamps with all "glass" red. Peugeot 207 phase I has too, all red "glass" as well 307, 407 607...
Well I hope that Peugeot dont put this uglies backlamps in 208. This new backlamps became the car very common and less originality. Maybe the Tv programme Top Gear make a laugh of this new backlamps.
If Peugeot continous loose originality maybe we will never see the 210... The true secret that a car makes history is be original. Look at the VW Beetle that everyone knows. Classic they dont have nothing only what they have is : commom with other cars...
