Unable to start

Good day, this morning I made a brief stop with the warning lights activated, and upon my return, the car refused to start. When I engage the ignition, the onboard computer intermittently displays the date January 1, 2004, and the starting attempt results in a series of "click.. click.. click.." sounds. Additionally, a message indicating "Used plip battery" has appeared. Could this issue be related to the key battery, despite its continued ability to lock the doors
