Cruise Control precision

Hello to all.
I have a weird problem with my cruise control.
When I select any speed, for example 105 km/h in the cruise control, the tachometer always stays 1 Km/h less, 104 km/h.

Any one with this problem?

humm no problem like this....

when you make a small push, it increase or decrease for 1 km/h if you make a long push, it increase for 5 km/h...

on my car, if i'm at 120 km/h, the tachymeter of my GPS indicate 118 km/h...ther is a little error from real speed

yeah I've got the same thing with my car : a small difference (1 km/h max) between the two speed's indications (cruise control and tachometer's needle).

In my opinion this problem (really a problem ? ) is connected to a light indistinctness of the tachometer's needle. Indeed a digital counter is always more precise than the needle of a dial !

maybe it isn't a problem. 1km/h of difference could be a margin of error....
If it was 5 or 10km/h of difference, that I would understand....

The speed you set in the cruise control should be the same as for the tachometer.
Hmm... until now I didn't notice any difference.
Next time I'll try to set a speed on a smaller tachometer indication line (instead of a larger one e.g. at 50 or 90 km/h).

Avé a un souci avec le régulateur de vitesse.
La vitesse fixée ne correspond pas exactement à la vitesse affichée dans le tachomètre, elle dévie d'1 km/h!

Mais je n'ai pas vu de différence dans ma 207.
Je vais donc essayer de fixer une vitesse sur un petit trait (pas une qui est marquée avec un gradn trait comme 50 ou 90km/h) pour voir si il y a une différence visible.

In my 207 this happens at any speed, from 90 km/h to 180 km/h.
The mechanic already told me that this is "normal" because this also happens in other Peugeot, but I don't agree with him, this can't be normal.

Ok, I checked myself tonight.
It's indeed like this: the set speed is an infinitely small amount too low.
I set it to 70, and the car was running nearly 70, but not exactly in the middle of the mark.
Same for nearly any other speed between 50 and 100.

And also for the speed limiter.
There, even worse, I had to set 32 km/h to get 30km/h indicated speed. But: it was while driving up a hill.
And 30km/h is the lower limit of the limiter...

But I would not say this is a problem.
Its perhaps minor lack of accuracy,
but it is much better to have less speed than to have too much speed
