My 207 has started to show airbag failure, in the display

I've seen, some others writing about airbag problems - in the french area. What is the solution to this problem?

Car has only driving 8000km/5000 miles

If your car have only 8000km I think it is still guaranteed so you should visit a Peugeot garage to resolve this problem.

Peugeot has changed the big display - without any luck.

Peugeot have a recall out for the airbag problem, mine is going in Friday to have the airbag control unit changed, plus 3 other recall items.

Perhaps something about the coil springs making creeking noises?

Mines going in on the 1st of June to have the generator replaced, as it can set on fire.

Jesper, is the creeking noises a general problem? I haven't noticed it until I got my H&R springs installed.
