Hello all Peugeot freaks!

I'm looking forward to a lot of great experience between european 207 owners - thank you all for at great meeting place

Now I'm just waiting for my 207 HDI 109HK 3-doors, sport, automatic aircon, raincensor, cruisecontrol :)

I think I'll have the Dotz Daytona wheels in 17" or 18" - what will be best choice? And what tyre size?

Hallo Plex!
What is the model you've chosen? S16? GT?
Anyway, you've made a good choice! :ok: Which color?

For the wheels, you normally can use only 17" ones. There is no homologation for the 18" or more (in France, Germany....).
With the 17", the tyre size is 205/45R17. It's already good enough!! ;)
And with those alloy wheels, your 207 will have surely a nice look!!

Gruss

Hi

It's the S16 I've picked - in Noir Obsiden :)

What is homologation - a kind of approval?

I also think 17" is enough. I had 18" on my old BMW - and that's uncomfort :(

Ehe, nice!! ;)
Yes, in each country, the car must pass different official approvals. For the tyres, it's very strict.
For example, on my GT, I can mount only 17" 205/45 or 16" 195/55. I'm not allowed to mount smaller or bigger.
I suppose that it's the same case for the S16 model.

We will have a new approval soon in October to have the homologation to use 15" 185/65.

Then I think the system in Denmark must be very similar as what we have here in Germany, or in France.
I have 17" wheels now, and they're not so bad! They're quite comfortable, only the tyre noise can disturb a bit, but it's still OK! :ok:

..and a little bit more expensive in future tires replacement, but for a BMW owner it does not matter at all :P

GOOD choice Plex!

I just can't wait to receive my new car - my very first brand new car :sol:

I've sold my old car, so know I have _no_ car

In the meantime I'm trying to firgure out, what kind of alloy wheels I want - that is soo difficult.

I hope the 110 HDi is powerfull  My old car had 240 HP, but my girlfriend needs to drive alot in the future, so we needed something more economic. I'm sure I'll be so happy about the new 207!

Is the HDi engine slow, when it's new? The one I tried had only 400km driven, and it felt a bit lazy...
