Hi. I think that you can download the PPS, but I read that the PPS need the connection to the Peugeot server, so you can download this one but not use without the adequate material.
Only Peugeot can use the PSS and it's normal.

I have connector, i find user name and password but i can not find PPS to download. So if you have any idea please let me know.
